favorite recipe of ours
here are those flourless-oatmeal-chocochip-peanut butter cookies.......
1/2 stick of butter (not neccessary)
9oz of Adams organic crunchy or creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teas vanilla
1 and 3/4 teas baking soda
3 cups instant oats
2 cups choclate chips
you know the drill. beat it for a few minutes, add in order and bake at 350 for about 8 minutes. i dont put any butter in, just up the peanut butter a bit. these are so good and pretty healthy for a cookie. you cant make cookies tooo healthy. these stay moist for a few days. sooo good. our family fav.

rice krispie treats on steriods
2 and 1/2 cups rice krispies
2 and 1/2 cups instant oats
set aside in bowl
in a sauce pan on med heat:
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup honey
1 teas vanilla
couple of tablespoons of karo syrup if you want
1/2 teas salt
bring this to a boil
then add:
a cup of Adams crunchy or smooth peanut butter to your saucepan while its still hot but after you take off the heat. mix good and add the whole mixture to your oats and krispies. then add 1 and 1/2 cups of choclate chips.
i'm serious. you'll eat the whole pan. put this stuff in a glass 13/9 and cool and cut into squares just like krispy treats. wow.
